Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization As a Sr. Channel Marketing Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that accelerate business growth through channel partners, distributors, and strategic alliances. You will serve as a primary liaison between Sales, Product Marketing, and Channel Partners, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives. This position combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across demand generation, digital marketing, partner enablement, Marketing Development Funds (MDF), and performance analytics. Your ability to build strong partner relationships, deliver effective marketing campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights will contribute directly to Honeywell's continued growth and market leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute annual and quarterly channel marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Create partner-specific marketing strategies to support market expansion, pipeline development, and revenue growth. Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing to align channel initiatives with growth priorities. Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, social media, paid media, and content syndication. Develop co-branded marketing assets, campaign toolkits, sales enablement materials, and partner training resources. Manage partner communications, onboarding activities, and partner portal marketing content. Oversee Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs, budgets, proposals, utilization, and ROI tracking. Plan and coordinate partner conferences, trade shows, webinars, and joint marketing events. Measure marketing effectiveness through pipeline contribution, revenue impact, campaign performance, and ROI. Develop dashboards and reports to communicate channel marketing results and optimization opportunities. Leverage CRM, PRM, and marketing automation platforms to improve partner engagement and campaign effectiveness. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of B2B marketing experience. 3+ years of channel marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation experience. Experience working with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems. Strong project management and marketing campaign execution skills. Knowledge of Marketing Development Fund (MDF) management and partner marketing frameworks. WE VALUE Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce. Experience managing channel partners, distributors, or reseller ecosystems. Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and digital demand generation.
