Seeking a strategic and data-driven Category Manager, the full-time position will develop and execute category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and analyze market trends to optimize commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and manage overall category performance Lead sourcing events, contract negotiations, and build strategic supplier relationships while driving performance reviews Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities for cost optimization, and provide data-driven recommendations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or related commercial functions Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations and contract management Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools Experience managing spend, revenue, margin, or category performance metrics
