Are you an organized accounting professional with experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable? We're partnering with a well-established employee-owned company seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

? Process customer payments and maintain AR records
? Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, credits, and chargebacks
? Process vendor invoices and support AP functions
? Assist with account reconciliations and monthly reporting
? Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments

Qualifications

* 3+ years of office experience, preferably in accounting
* Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
* 45+ WPM typing and 10-key proficiency
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
