Human Resources Manager

Target Salary: 150K per year + depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

Lead recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and performance management.
Coach and develop the HR team while helping leaders make sound people decisions.
Oversee employee communications, engagement initiatives, and programs that support a positive workplace.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of employment law and experience leading multiple HR functions.
Manufacturing experience is preferred; HR certification and Paylocity experience are a plus.
