Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients to facilitate effective treatment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and relational issues.

• Design personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans based on client needs and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, adapting sessions to reflect progress and changing needs.

• Perform ongoing evaluations of client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and community resource providers, to ensure comprehensive care and appropriate referrals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Illinois is required.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional interpersonal, therapeutic, and counseling skills with a client-centered approach.
