Front Desk Patient Registration Representative
Kelly Professional & Industrial is helping a large healthcare provider find a Front Desk Patient Registration Representative for a temporary opportunity. The pay rate is $22 an hour. The schedule is either 7:45am-4:15pm or 8am-4:30pm, depending on the day. The position is located in a Minneapolis clinic, with occasional coverage at a St. Paul clinic location. It is a one-month position with potential for extension.
The basics of working as a Front Desk Patient Registration Representative include welcoming and greeting patients and visitors, gathering patient information and completing registration with the patient, providing information and ensuring patient paperwork is complete, making outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments, assisting with screening questions for COVID-19, and obtaining patient signatures and insurance documentation.
The position might be an outstanding fit if you are proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer, have EPIC experience, have previous front desk clinic or hospital work experience, and have excellent communication skills.
