Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Assistant role based in Yorktown, VA. The Office Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including answering and managing phone calls, assisting with office operations, and performing clerical tasks. Key duties include maintaining office organization, operating office equipment, coordinating schedules, and supporting overall team functionality to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
- Experience with Administrative Assistance and proficient Clerical Skills
- Proficiency in using Office Equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus
- Customer service experience is advantageous
$15 - $25 per hour
