Job Title: Executive Business Partner
Pay: $115,000 - $125,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As an Executive Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted partner to the COO, helping to manage high-level priorities, streamline communications, and support strategic business initiatives. You'll work closely with executive leadership to ensure operational efficiency and facilitate critical projects that contribute to the company's success.


What You'll Do

As an Executive Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and prioritizing a demanding executive calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
• Preparing and editing correspondence, executive presentations, financial reports, and dashboards
• Handling confidential information with discretion and high integrity
• Tracking action items, preparing meeting minutes, and following up on commitments
• Acting as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders
• Assisting with strategic projects and operational initiatives as needed

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 7+ years of experience providing executive support, preferably within a manufacturing or aerospace environment
• Proven ability to anticipate needs, juggle complex priorities, and handle sensitive information
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset beyond administrative tasks
• Excellent emotional intelligence with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Self-confident, proactive, and independent with a high level of accountability
• Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including preparing high-quality presentations and reports
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills with impeccable attention to detail
• Exceptional listening skills and the ability to capture discussions, prepare meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with utmost discretion
• Associate degree or technical certification in accounting or a related field is preferred; relevant professional experience will be considered
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including during inventory periods

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Fountain Valley and offers standard weekday hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM plus, overtime as needed
