Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Employee Relations Specialist Category: Jobs Organiser: Hoxton Circle Description: Hoxton Circle is seeking an experienced Employee Relations & Workplace Investigation Specialist for a large, established technology company. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for workplace investigations, leading end-to-end inquiries into misconduct, harassment, and discrimination. Responsibilities include interviewing parties, analyzing evidence, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws, and preparing detailed investigation reports for HR leadership and legal counsel. Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations or workplace investigations within a multi-state organization is required. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, ethical judgment, and proficiency in Workday HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
