Qualifications\n

• Must have a current license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Massachusetts or demonstrate eligibility for licensure.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with additional experience in teletherapy, trauma-informed care, or specific populations (such as children or the LGBTQ+ community) will be preferred. Familiarity with different therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
