Work Environment

This position requires you to work onsite within our hospital-based rehabilitation clinic, a space designed to support various patient recovery journeys. The clinic operates Monday through Friday with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, creating a consistent and predictable schedule for our team. Flexibility is occasionally needed to accommodate unique patient circumstances and clinic demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in devising and executing customized treatment plans, closely monitoring the progress and adapting strategies to meet each patient's evolving needs.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities, ensuring they correctly understand techniques that promote healing and pain alleviation.
• Educate patients about body mechanics, explaining the purpose of their individual therapy programs, and the importance of home exercises for maintaining progress.
• Administer treatment modalities, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking improvements in range of motion, strength, and functionality, while contributing insights to the healthcare team.
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment environment, ensuring that all necessary equipment is prepared and in good working condition for patient sessions.
• Collaboration is key—work with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Foster a supportive atmosphere by providing emotional encouragement to patients, inspiring them during their therapeutic journeys.
• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and comfort in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 50,000 to 65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
