Video Annotation Expert for AI Training

Help improve AI systems by turning short video clips into precise, high-quality training data. As a Video Annotation Expert, you will identify recurring events, capture their timing accurately, and write clear descriptions that support AI learning and performance. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and segment recurring events in short video clips according to project guidelines.
• Record precise start and end timestamps for each detected event.
• Write concise, clear, and consistent descriptions for annotated events.
• Maintain strict data-labeling accuracy, quality, and consistency standards.
• Use written and verbal communication to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
• Review and refine your own work as project instructions evolve.

• Native-level English proficiency, written and verbal.
• Experience in video annotation, content moderation, writing, video editing, videography, or a closely related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data labeling.
• Ability to follow detailed annotation guidelines and adapt quickly to feedback.
• Experience with AI training projects or machine-learning data annotation is a plus.
• Prior AI experience is not required.

• Remote independent contractor engagement.
• Applicants must be located in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.

$65 to $80 per hour.
