Position Overview

We are in search of a talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to enhance our growing imaging team committed to outstanding patient care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse array of ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, explaining each step with care and clarity
• Work in close partnership with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic images are produced
• Manage and upkeep imaging equipment, swiftly reporting any malfunctions
• Accurately document examinations and preserve patient records in the electronic medical system
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and clinical best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Valid certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is a plus
