Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday, 8:30 Am to 5 PM
Location: Sinking Spring, PA Responsibilities of the Office Clerk:
- Handling incoming phone calls and directing as needed
- Adding information into system to guarantee order accuracy
- Sending out invoices to customers and make sure overdue or delinquent accounts are being followed up on
- Paying bills and make sure information is correct in system
- Handle year end financial projections and reporting for management team
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years experience in an office setting, accounting background preferred
- Associates degree in Accounting preferred, but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and Sage programs
- Client friendly phone demeanor and customer service skills
