We have a great group of accountants and offer a great training program to help you grow in your position.Job Summary: This role is responsible for completing all aspects of financial management and reporting for a portfolio of managed assets.Responsibilities include:Monthly accounting close, balance sheet schedules, reconciliations, and preparation of timely and accurate financial/operating report packages for the assigned mixed portfolioAnalyze financial statements and financial health, provide monthly analysis in addition to reportsWork closely with Operational Managers, Accountants, clients and corporate personnel to provide top quality customer service, budgets, year-end reconciliations and financial reportsCash management functions including bank reconciliations, cash flow projections, bank transfers, owner distributions/cash sweeps, and payment processingUtility and tenant bill backsPrepare, file and pay sales and use tax returns for applicable propertiesCollaborate with auditors and tax accountants to ensure quality year-end financial statementsRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting and 2+ years related experience or an Associate's Degree in Accounting and 4+ years related experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in the Microsoft Suite of products.Extremely organized, strong multi-tasking and proven time management skillsStrong working knowledge of Quickbooks Online, Yardi One, AvidXchange, or other property/marina management software a plusFounders 3 is an Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
