Arterial Regional Sales Manager - Northeast - Peripheral Vascular

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Account Managers while coaching through field observations and performance feedback
Own regional revenue targets, forecasts, and execution of business plans to expand market share
Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain sales talent within the region
Monitor sales activity, pipeline, case coverage, and productivity metrics
Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings; ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum 6+ years medical device sales experience
3+ years medical device sales leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills
Solid business acumen with financial and commercial understanding
Knowledge of peripheral vascular products and competitive markets
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems

Compensation: $175,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses
