Associate Clinical Specialist - Los Angeles, CA

Job Summary Field-based position in the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division located in Pasadena, CA (remote). This role provides engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for CRM products. Key Responsibilities Act as the clinical interface between the medical community and the business. Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise. Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to field inquiries on an as‑needed basis. Demonstrate thorough command of all CRM products, related product and technical knowledge, trends, and players. Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions and other programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals. Provide additional back‑up support to CRM Sales Representatives. Travel up to 50% of the time. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Bio‑Medical Engineering or related field, or equivalent healthcare experience. Minimum 0–2+ years of related experience or an accredited cardiac training program certification. Capability to obtain certification in CRM products. Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro‑physiology, or cardiac electro‑physiology procedures. Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocols. Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines, be detail‑oriented, and work independently while collaborating effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and efficiently. Extensive personal computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and presentation authoring programs.
