Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies (Fresno, CA)

Work Flexibility: Field-based Responsibilities Provide clinical product support to hospital staff and offer on‑site guidance during surgical procedures. Train surgeons and operating room staff on the operation of the company’s navigation technologies, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure procedural efficiency. Utilize proprietary software to prepare pre‑operative scans for use with the company’s Enabling Technologies system, assist surgeons in pre‑operative planning and intra‑operative guidance. Submit prompt and accurate complaint reports per the requirements of the quality system. Provide case coverage at accounts and maintain records of purchase orders for services provided. Support the development and execution of the sales plan, expanding utilization of navigation technologies by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons. Actively sell the clinical benefits of the products and build strong, positive relationships with key surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts. Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to enhance communication around product performance. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of clinical experience. Preferred: Sales and/or marketing experience. Additional Information This position requires handling instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids. Compliance with OSHA regulations; a safe working environment will be provided. Work may include off‑hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs. Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects. Must have a valid driver’s license in the United States. Pay Range (US10): $65,900 - $91,600 USD annually. Travel: 30% of annual hours. COVID‑19 vaccination may be required for sales and field roles subject to customer requirements.
