Contracts AdministratorAn aerospace manufacturing company located in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a Contracts Administrator. The Contracts Administrator is responsible for managing customer contracts from proposal through contract closeout, ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable aerospace industry regulations. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, program management, finance, supply chain, engineering, and operations to support contractual obligations and business objectives.***Applicants must be located in WA for consideration, as this opportunity is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA***Pay - $75,000/yr. - $100,000/yr.Location - Seattle, WA (SODO Area) - 100% OnsiteSchedule - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PSTManage customer contracts from proposal through contract closeout.Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and aerospace industry regulations.Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as program management, finance, supply chain, engineering, and operations.Support contractual obligations and business objectives.4+ years of contract administration experience in an aerospace or manufacturing setting.Bachelor's Degree preferred in Supply Chain or Finance.Risk assessment and mitigation skills.Experience in contract administration.Strong customer service skills.Knowledge of purchasing in aerospace manufacturing.Proficiency in Visual Mfg systems (Bonus).Aerospace compliance and regulatory knowledge (Bonus).Experience with data analysis and RFQs.Strong administrative support and negotiation skills.Opportunity to join a mid-sized aerospace company that is growing.Family-oriented work environment.The company has been in the industry for a very long time.Free parking.This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, WA.The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.We're committed to creating a workplace where every individual is valued, not just a number.
