Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health issues faced by clients, utilizing a variety of assessment tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and goals, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or solution-focused therapy, always working toward fostering personal growth.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote effective outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients with varying accessibility needs, ensuring they receive the support they require.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, sessions, and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, dependent on your experience and caseload. Our compensation package also includes:
