Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized counseling services to a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring professional ethics and boundaries are upheld while building meaningful rapport.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, revisit therapeutic goals, schedule future appointments, and facilitate the discharge process when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans, drawing on evidence-based methodologies tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including progress notes, session summaries, and client assessments, adhering to best practice standards.

• Carry out thorough intake assessments for new clients to thoroughly understand their mental health history and current challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Active, unrestricted Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, including spreadsheet software, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, is required for effective case management and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We operate under a Fee-for-Service model with guaranteed rates, meaning you can expect timely compensation without waiting for reimbursements. Additional benefits include:
