Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients to help them articulate and achieve their treatment goals, utilizing a strengths-based approach.

• Conduct prevention-oriented therapy sessions that address clients’ unique needs and foster resilience.
\n
• Implement, review, and modify individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
\n
• Serve as an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team by coordinating with additional treatment providers and community agencies to support client transitions and referrals.

• Maintain detailed session notes and ensure documentation is completed efficiently, in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
\n
• Participate in regular staff meetings, contributing insights and strategies that enhance team performance and the therapeutic environment.

• Contribute proactively to the organization’s culture by fostering an environment that promotes inclusivity, growth, and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide care to a diverse population of clients, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our clientele includes children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Utilizing a trauma-informed approach, you will create a safe space for clients to explore their issues and find effective routes to healing.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling or equivalent relevant fields.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources and local referral networks.
\n
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on developing rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and initiative in enhancing client engagement and treatment outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth counseling or familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
