The team relies on this position to scale HR infrastructure, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, and deliver a supportive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and compensation cycles across remote teams Partner with finance and leadership to administer benefits packages, payroll, and equity programs Ensure compliance with multi-state labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies Facilitate onboarding and offboarding workflows using HRIS platforms like Rippling or Workday Analyze workforce metrics and engagement surveys to recommend retention strategies What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or People Operations Specialist within a tech environment Strong working knowledge of US employment law, compliance, and remote-work regulations Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, and performance management toolsExceptional emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
