Responsibilities
- Assist with building repairs and maintenance
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry tasks
- Complete work orders and routine inspections
- Operate site equipment, including a truck and sweeper
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with tools, automotive work, construction, equipment, or home repairs preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable and safety-focused

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Little Canada, MN.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
