Job Overview A law firm seeks a Patent Agent or Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group on the Software and Electrical Engineering Team in Wilmington, DE. Duties Prepare and prosecute patent applications in the areas of 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards. Work on patent applications related to memory devices and semiconductor devices. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patent prosecution. Requirements 4+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Team-oriented mindset. Education B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. Skills Experience with 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards.
