Responsibilities

• Welcome residents with a warm, professional, and attentive demeanor
• Assist with resident requests.
• Provide knowledgeable information about amenities, services, events, and local attractions
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service and satisfaction
• Maintain a polished front desk and reception area at all times
• Handle resident concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Support daily operations while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism,

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

Shift:

• Full-time.

$16 - $16 an hour
