Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years Stepdown RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment, supporting individuals who require stepdown or progressive care services. As a Registered Nurse specializing in Stepdown or Progressive Care (PCU), you will play an essential role in monitoring patients' conditions, responding to complex health needs, and working alongside an expert healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in Stepdown or PCU setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and relevant technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing timely interventions as needed
• Administer medications and manage intravenous therapies in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop and adjust care plans
• Deliver patient and family education to promote understanding of care plans and treatments
• Document patient progress, observations, and nursing interventions accurately
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment that adheres to regulatory standards and policies
