Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead couples therapy sessions to enhance communication, resolve relationship conflicts, and strengthen familial bonds.

• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress, emerging needs, and ongoing evaluations.

• Maintain accurate client documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and case histories, while ensuring timely submissions in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals as necessary, contributing to integrated care approaches that promote holistic client wellness.

• Provide crisis intervention when required and support clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California, demonstrating your ability to provide therapy ethically and effectively.

• Strong proficiency in completing client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in a timely manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n
