Electrical Journeyperson

Role Overview The Industrial Electrician Journeyperson is responsible for layout, installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of complex electrical equipment and circuits, troubleshooting control systems, and ensuring safety compliance. Key Responsibilities Follow OSHA and company safety procedures, maintain and repair electrical equipment, diagnose and resolve malfunctions promptly, read schematics, and contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork. Qualifications & Skills At least six years of related experience or a relevant Department of Labor certification, ability to interpret technical drawings, strong problem-solving skills, and flexibility in work hours including overtime and shifts. Physical & Other Requirements Ability to work standing for extended periods, wear PPE, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate mobile equipment. Must pass assessments, drug tests, and background checks.
