Resource Specialist

Providing real-time support to independent contractors, the fully remote Resource Specialist will assist with performance improvement, analyze client metrics, and ensure adherence to workflows and processes. Key responsibilities Deliver real-time chat support to contractors during service delivery Host one-on-one and group sessions to enhance contractor performance and knowledge Review performance data and recommend actions to meet client goals Required qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with strong Excel skills Ability to collaborate effectively with team members Experience providing constructive feedback to agents Strong decision-making skills Ability to work independently
