This position will focus on managing client receivables, resolving payment issues, maintaining strong client relationships, and helping drive collections performance through year-end.

A leading global professional services organization is seeking a Collections Specialist to support its Finance team.

Description

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and collect outstanding balances
• Maintain relationships with client contacts and Accounts Payable teams
• Investigate and resolve billing, invoice, and payment issues
• Track payment commitments and maintain accurate collection records
• Prepare reports, payment forecasts, and account analyses
• Escalate collection concerns and recommend recovery actions
• Partner with Finance and client-facing teams to achieve collection goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality

Profile

• 3+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or credit control experience
• Experience managing account portfolios and outstanding receivables
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience resolving invoice and payment discrepancies
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Professional services, legal, consulting, or accounting experience preferred
• Experience with Elite 3E strongly preferred
• Experience with Aderant, CMS, or similar billing platforms a plus
