Job Description
Maintain and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records; Prepare and post journal entries, including adjustments and accruals; Perform monthly and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliation and analysis; Investigate and resolve discrepancies by reviewing financial data and supporting documentation; Assist in preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements; Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking; Maintain financial records in compliance with internal controls and accounting standards; Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
