Compensation : $22/hr.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm. Responsibilities:
- Assist with Accounts Payable functions to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Support the weekly check run process, including reconciliation and ensuring compliance with existing policies.
- Oversee check printing and distribution; troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions by coordinating with other departments and/or external software and hardware vendors.
- Process weekly vouchers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with payment processing, forms control, voids, manual checks, stop payment requests, journal entries, and data entry as needed.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
