Overview Attorney - First-Party PropertyLocation - Fort LauderdaleWe are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with interest in First-Party Insurance Litigation to join our team.About the Role:As an Associate Attorney in our firm, you will manage a variety of insurance-related cases, ranging from initial evaluation through resolution. You will work closely with senior attorneys and partners, developing strategies for complex litigation and interacting directly with clients. This role offers significant autonomy over your cases while being supported by a collaborative legal team.You will primarily focus on both first-party claims involving insurance coverage disputes and third-party claims regarding defense litigation.
