A respected law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Insurance Coverage and Litigation practice. This role is ideal for attorneys who enjoy analytical writing and legal analysis , while also being motivated by hands-on litigation and trial advocacy .

This position offers a balanced mix of:

• Legal research and writing
• Active litigation responsibilities
• Direct client interaction

The practice focuses on representing insurance carriers in a wide range of coverage matters, including:

• Drafting coverage opinions on third-party liability claims
• Litigating declaratory judgment actions
• Advising on potential extra-contractual exposure
• Responding to tender demands
• Conducting examinations under oath (EUOs)
• Defending coverage and bad faith litigation across multiple lines of insurance
