National Account Manager

Extension is seeking a National Account Manager for a direct hire opportunity with one of our manufacturing clients located in Port Washington, WI .

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing national accounts to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Develop new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships with prospective customers
- Analyze sales trends, market activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct competitive research and provide market insights to leadership
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to develop innovative solutions for customers
- Prepare customer proposals, pricing packages, and project estimates
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Travel as needed to support customer relationships, supplier partnerships, and business development initiatives
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field required
- 5+ years of sales experience within a contract manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends
Salary Information
- $90k - $115k annually
