Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental health disorders by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic sessions in both individual and group formats.

• Collaborate with educational staff to integrate mental health support into the school environment, providing crisis interventions and reinforcing skills needed for academic success.

• Implement evidence-based practices in treatment, utilizing tools and methodologies tailored for various age groups and developmental stages.

• Conduct brief screenings to assess mental health needs and facilitate access to necessary services, ensuring that all clients have a supportive care plan.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a valid LCSW license in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
