Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique challenges and goals.

• Coordinate with educators, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care for students.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups aimed at building resilience and coping skills.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment, ensuring safety plans are in place where necessary.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including emotional disturbances, family issues, and academic stress. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
