Travel Home Dialysis Nurse - Hemo & Peritoneal Care

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Home Therapy Registered Nurse — Traveler to travel to multiple U.S. Renal Care locations and provide patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities. This role delivers nursing relief on a temporary or short-term basis while ensuring quality care and continuity of patient services. The ideal candidate will have an active multi-state RN license, 12+ months of nursing experience with at least 6 months in home modality care, and the ability to travel #J-18808-Ljbffr U.S. Renal Care
