The Opportunity As Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll have an opportunity to play a key role in supporting the recruitment efforts for our experienced hires. While this role provides administrative support by scheduling interviews and creating requisitions, this role manages the end‑to‑end pre‑employment onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation and activities are completed timely and efficiently while delivering a positive employee experience from day one. Key Responsibilities Assist recruiters in creating position requisitions for internal and external posting Schedule a high volume of candidate interviews Format, audit and complete letters of employment for candidates at the offer stage Coordinate all pre‑employment onboarding activities Serve as a central liaison between HR, IT, Payroll, and TA Act as the primary point of contact for new hires prior to their start date Partner with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure timely system access Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding tasks or requirements, escal ate when needed. Promote company culture, values, and policies throughout the onboarding process Maintain accurate onboarding records and reporting metrics The Team Black & Veatch’s Business Enablement consists of critical groups that help enable the organizations people, projects, and businesses to be as successful as possible. Functions in this group include Digital & Information Technology, Global Finance, Global Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, and Government Affairs and Real Estate and Building Services. Preferred Qualifications Have a passion for recruitment Experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Excellent communication and organization skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Minimum Qualifications Typically two years of experience or Bachelor's degree in relevant field All applicants must be able to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
