Responsibilities (What you will do):
- Assist the foreman in executing projects profitably and safely.
- Take pride in your work and appearance, reflecting our dedication to excellence.
- Communicate effectively to foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely.
Requirements (What you need):
- Reliability: Show up on time, ready to work, every day
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Drive: A desire to advance your career within the company.
- Experience: Prior landscape or construction experience is a plus.

Annual pay is based on several factors, including attendance, hours worked, experience, and availability of prevailing wage projects.
