Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Support Specialist to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while supporting daily office operations and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Office Support Specialist plays an important role in ensuring a positive customer experience by coordinating communications, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting project-related activities, and assisting team members across departments. $20-25/hr M-F, 8am-5pm Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service through professional, timely, and effective communication. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing questions and providing updates as needed. Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to support daily operations. Monitor project and workflow status, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Create and maintain records, estimates, reports, and other documentation using office software and systems. Review and validate documentation for completeness and accuracy. Assist with scheduling, tracking, and organizing work in progress. Collaborate with team members and departments to support operational goals and customer needs. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. Perform additional administrative and office support duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, office support, or related experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with common computer applications, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism and a positive attitude. Dependability and strong time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position is primarily office-based and involves extended periods of sitting and computer work. Occasional lifting, filing, reaching, bending, and standing may be required. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
