Work Environment

This role is performed onsite at a local school setting, which allows for direct engagement with students and faculty alike. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments to evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including medication management and monitoring treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to patients experiencing acute distress.
• Lead community outreach initiatives and educational workshops to raise awareness about mental health issues.
• Deliver therapeutic counseling and psychoeducation to patients and their families, fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.
• Maintain accurate and secure patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
