HVAC Estimator

HVAC/R Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cost estimating for all sorts of HVAC/R systems

• Works closely with Operations to determine budgeting and strategic goals for estimating activities and business development opportunities

• Interfaces with Project Managers to ensure that projects are delivered per estimates and consistently refining the estimating formulas

• Keep accurate database of prospective projects

• Preparing Bids and processing accordingly

• Submits bids and budgets by the bid deadline

• Review blueprints and accurately delineate the scope of work required for the project

• Perform all Bid walk-through

• Negotiate Change Orders

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of experience with HVAC, plumbing, and/or sprinkler estimating

• Degree in Mechanical engineering

• Knowledge of estimating software programs and EXCEL

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $85,000.00 - $120,000.00

All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience. PrideStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
