Human Resources Specialist
William S. Hart Union High School District
Job Title
Under the direction of an assigned Human Resources Administrator, performs a variety of technical personnel activities, including but not limited to monitoring and maintaining the employee leave of absence program, personnel files, and the catastrophic leave bank.
Requirements / Qualifications
An Associate's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field. Two years of increasingly responsible clerical experience in the field of Personnel, Human Resources, or a related field. Additional experience may substitute for higher education based on two years of experience for one year of college.
