Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to establish and reach individualized client goals.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans. Ensure thorough documentation, including treatment plan revisions and ongoing clinical notes, aligns with organizational policy standards.

• Promote excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and supporting their journey toward mental wellness. Collaborate closely with a dynamic team and engage in a collective mission to bridge gaps in community mental health services.

• Innovate interventions that foster client engagement and success, showcasing versatility in approaches to personalized care. Maintain an active caseload of at least 25 client-facing visits weekly for optimal work-life balance while ensuring quality service delivery.

• Coordinate care efforts with case managers, families, medical professionals, and educational staff to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to each client’s treatment.

• Engage in regular clinical team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen professional relationships and enhance service accessibility.

• Maintain clear and timely communication with the Clinical Director regarding case updates, challenges, and other organizational concerns.
