Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Office Manager for a growing company in Stillwater, MN. The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks Online experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to support both customers and internal teams in a fast-paced office environment. This position plays a critical role in daily business operations and offers an opportunity to become a valued member of a collaborative team.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $23-$25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: Stillwater, MN

Key Responsibilities

Manage all QuickBooks Online entries, including receipts, invoices, purchasing records, sales orders, and customer quotes.
Communicate with customers regarding inquiries, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
Process recurring customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide administrative support to the Owner and President.
Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing needs.
Assist the sales team with component pricing and product availability.
Support daily office operations and contribute to overall team success.
Perform additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

2-7 years of experience using QuickBooks Online.
1-2 years of office administration or office management experience.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to cross-train and support other areas of the business.
Strong work history demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Quality-focused mindset with a commitment to accuracy and excellence.
Professional demeanor with exceptional integrity, accountability, and work ethic.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
