Payroll Implementation Project Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Implementation Project Coordinator to support a large global payroll transformation initiative for one of our end clients. This individual will play a key role in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder activities related to a payroll implementation effort, with a primary focus on Germany payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting payroll implementations, payroll transitions, or HR system deployments and will serve as a liaison between Payroll, HR, IT, external vendors, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include tracking project milestones, managing action items and risks, coordinating meetings, supporting testing and validation efforts, documenting requirements, and ensuring project deliverables remain on schedule. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll processes in Germany and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced global environment. Experience with Switzerland payroll implementations and broader HR system implementation projects is highly desirable.
