Account Executive, Automotive & Power Sports

Job Description We are seeking an Account Executive with extensive experience in the Power Sports and Automotive industry to join our Sales Team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored warranty solutions by marketing our products to dealerships to enhance their business operations. In this position you will expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Create and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve sales targets. Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Support each dealership’s Finance/Sales process, delivering exceptional customer experience. Assist in driving profitable, appropriate F&I product income within multiple dealerships. Maintain targeted levels of penetration for all F&I benefits offered within assigned stores. Follow and execute our trained F&I Manager process with store customers while the F&I Manager observes. Train sales staff by showing and executing the iA American training approach, helping to take actual ups and close Car/Power Sports deals. Review each dealer’s end-of-month finance department performance, identifying opportunities. Ensure PRU and penetration goals are met and exceeded in each store. Partner with the training team to support our sales process and help achieve sales goals. Cultivate relationships and production in current accounts and obtain referrals for new F&I business opportunities. Conduct regular store visits to train, take F&I Turns, train sales departments, and maximize opportunities. Provide guidance, support and motivation to ensure all automotive/Power Sports retail employees maximize their ability and growth. Qualifications At least three years of experience working as an F&I leader at a dealership or agency. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Proven track record of securing new business, preferably in the automotive or Power Sports industry. Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with demonstrated ability to close deals.
