Work Environment

As a member of our team, you will be working in the home care setting, delivering personalized therapy solutions directly within patients' residences. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy treatments focused on enhancing mobility and functionality in patients recovering from orthopedic conditions.
• Evaluate patient needs through comprehensive assessments and diagnostics to tailor effective treatment plans that minimize reliance on medications and invasive procedures.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to facilitate optimal recovery outcomes.
• Create and implement specific exercise regimens that address the physical capabilities and rehabilitation goals of each patient.
• Document and track patient progress meticulously in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Provide education and motivation to patients and their families regarding lifestyle modifications, injury prevention, and wellness practices.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between therapy sessions and follow-up care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgery (such as joint replacements), managing chronic pain, or recovering from sports injuries. Your expertise will help these patients regain strength, flexibility, and independence, ultimately enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a Master's degree or Doctorate (DPT) strongly preferred.
• Current certification as a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and implement effective exercise regimens.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient management skills, enabling a positive therapeutic relationship with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a home care setting, providing therapy in patients' homes.
• Familiarity with utilizing therapy-related technologies and software for patient documentation and communication.
• Advanced knowledge of treatment methodologies for a diverse range of orthopedic conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
